Bobby Pace is a chef from the United States (Virginia Beach), who fell in love with everything Spanish at a young age. He worked in a couple of different kitchens and earned a degree in Spanish before moving to Barcelona to begin a new life adventure. 

In 2014 he found his place doing pop-up cooking events around Barcelona, and noticed that there weren't many companies out there making fresh, large paellas for a price that most anyone could afford. So the journey began to make that a reality. Through the years he and his team have built some great relationships with people, companies, and establishments, and they work hard to continue to provide great food and unforgettable experiences for all of their clients.

 

One of the cornerstones of the business is maintaining and respecting traditions and culture of paella and other rice dishes while exploring new and innovative recipes and methods. 


They are here to make delicious, reasonably priced paellas for groups because they believe in the three B´s: BUENO, BONITO, BARATO (good tasting, good looking, and cheap). They are here for you!
